You must understand and follow all of the things written in the rules and regulations for using the Kyoto City International Students Talent Bank. Please click on the ‘Agree’ button if you agree with them.
Rules and regulations to use the Kyoto City International Students Talent Bank
１．Requirement for the registration
You must be an international student at university which is a part of Kyoto Area International Student Exchange Promotion Council, or other university in Kyoto City (c.f. A list of Universities as below), and you are willing to contribute to the community with using your abilities as an international student.
２． Registration
When you enter your information such as your name, your registration will be completed after we contact your university for a confirmation. However, your registration might not be accepted if the following things occur.
（１）　If you enter false information about yourself for the registration.
（２）　When it comes to be clear that your registration has been eliminated because of your illegal action.
（３）　Any other things which we regard the registration as non-appropriate.

３．Attendance
（１）　Make sure to check before applying that you do not have any other things to do (eg. classes, part-time jobs etc) on the day of your activity, and do not be absent without getting permission. In case of absence without notice, you are prohibited to use this program.
（２）　When you are involved in activities for which you get paid, you must get a work permit from the Minister of Justice.
（３）　You should carry insurance in advance which is suited to your activity in case of an accident. You should also discuss your insurance with the association of your activity.

４．Things which are prohibited
（１）　To register false information on purpose.
（２）　To violate other people’s rights such as copy, trademark, privacy, name, portrait right.
（３）　To abuse individuals or associations.
（４）　Behavior which is against or likely to be against the law, public order, or standards of decency.
（５）　To disturb the conduct of this Talent Bank.
（６）　Anything which does not suit to this Talent Bank.

５．Others
（１）　We might contact your university about you to check your transfer of school register.
（２）　Your university and we might cancel your registration depending on your enrollment (graduation, withdrawal etc.) at university.
（３）　We use your information only for things which is along the purposes of this Talent Bank, and not for any other purposes.

６．Escape Clause
The administrators of this Talent Bank board do not take any responsibility for any loss which happens during your use of this Talent Bank. (including direct or indirect, side issue, particular issue, incidental issue, penitentiary loss, beneficial issue.)
